Federal Treasure Enterprise (FKP) «Sojuzplodoimport» was created on April 9, 2002 on behalf of the Russian Federation by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation as of December 29, 2001 № 1741-r.

The activity of FKP «Sojuzplodoimport» is aimed at ensuring of efficient use of the trademarks of the enterprise, protection and recovering of the exclusive rights of the enterprise to the world famous spirits trademarks: «Stolichnaya», «Moskovskaya», «Russkaya», and others, formation of optimal conditions for production of products, as well as revealing and termination of violation of rights to the trademarks in Russia and abroad.
